I am a Seattle based portrait and wedding photographer with nearly 20 years in business, and I love nothing more than a PNW or destination wedding. My theory on photographing people (and in life!) is - HAVE FUN!! When you are having a great time, you'll soon forget you are in front of the camera, giving me the opportunity to capture you in your happiest times!

There are so many things I love in life - taking photos, traveling, champagne... all 27 of my best friends, you know - the basics!
I chose a photo from my wedding as the photo to show you who I am, because this was the MOST FUN WEEKEND I've had... maybe EVER. (or so far!) AND when I look at this picture I remember all of the people who came together to make it happen. (Also because Chris and I often shoot together and you're going to want to get to know him too!)
Having had our wedding so recently, I have a whole new feeling and outlook on what is important to be captured in the images of your day. It isn't about getting the "perfect" shot... although, that's fun too! It's about telling a story and stopping time, so when you go back and look at your photos of your friends and your album.. you remember JUST how you felt! LOVED! And celebrated. And having the time of your life.
I would love to create those images for you!
